Perched on the 12th floor, Betheny – The Heaven on 12th Floor is a 1,350 sq.ft 3BHK apartment envisioned as a warm and tranquil home above the city.

The interior explores a soft contemporary aesthetic with subtle tropical influences, bringing together natural materials, earthy neutrals and gentle pastel tones. Cane finishes, warm wood, beige tones and muted greens form the core material and colour palette, creating a soothing atmosphere while adding warmth and texture to the compact apartment.

The design uses curved edges, arched openings and softly rounded details to balance the clean lines of contemporary interiors. Natural textures and carefully layered lighting add depth, while indoor greenery introduces a subtle connection with nature.

Rather than relying on elaborate ornamentation, the design focuses on simplicity, comfort and material richness. The open living and dining areas form the social heart of the home, while integrated storage and carefully considered furniture maintain visual clarity and functionality.

With its combination of soft colours, natural textures and contemporary detailing, Betheny transforms an urban apartment into a calm personal retreat — a little piece of heaven on the 12th floor.
